Spelunky 2 patch notes4/23/2024 The hitboxes from spark traps are now smaller Fixed moon challenge broken. Perhaps at the end you may find what you're looking for. Steam player counter indicates there are currently 471 players live playing Spelunky 2 on Steam. Every time you play the cave's layout will be different. But after this patch, there is an in between transition for 'syncing. Spelunky is a cave exploration / treasure-hunting game inspired by classic platform games and roguelikes, where the goal is to grab as much treasure from the cave as possible. Not sure if this is meant to be for this patch but previously when I played with my friends on Spelunky (all of us are on the Steam platform), the transition from level to level was seamless.
